The Souderton Telford Rotary Club was chartered October 30, 1925; hence, we are in our 90th year of serving the community and the world. The club has a rich history of launching signature projects such as the band shell, the Indian Valley Library, the Boys and Girls Club and the community pool which have gone on to be self-sustaining operations. The STR Club was also instrumental in initiating the formation of the Harleysville Rotary Club.

STRC has a strong foundation of accomplishment and a vibrant membership core, but the issue of sustainability is very real. The club needs a major project to rally the troops, reengage passive members and attract new members, especially those in the post traditional and boomer generations. We are fortunate to be situated in a growing community with many new businesses appearing over the last several decades that are not represented in the club. This provides a fertile opportunity for membership growth and increased community impact.

Please let our Secretary Jim Diamond, jfd.fcc@gmail.com  know whether you are attending so we can have a seat for you.
