Fresh For All is a FREE, weekly, produce distribution event. Our club will be helping with setting up, distribution and clean up on this day. Community members will receive 20-30 lbs of free produce! This program is provided to our community through a partnership between Keystone Opportunity Center, Philabundance, Grace Bible Church, and the VNA Foundation of North Penn. Volunteers should dress appropriately for outdoor conditions; there will be no shade. |

Recent WHO paper published on COVID and her work in Burkina Faso

Wow - one of our members recently had a paper published by the World Health Organization (WHO)! Kate Hoath will share regarding her paper about her experience on how the world can equitably distribute a COVID vaccine once one becomes available. Through their incredible efforts, Pastor John and his team of volunteers have distributed 55,000 FREE meals to those in need since the start of COVID-19. FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND free meals. Incredible! Vocational Training Team (VTT) Mission Trip to Pignon Haiti

We will kick off the New Year with an interesting presentation by Dr. David Ehrenkrantz of the Northeast Sunrisers Philadelphia Rotary Club and Chair of the Vocational Training Team (VTT) Committee for Rotary District 7450. VTT is a Rotary initiative that sends professionals to "train trainers" in a foreign countries. Dr. Ehrenkrantz is working on sending a team of nursing professionals to Pignon, Haiti.

Masks are required to be worn at all times. Volunteer stations are "socially distant". Children over the age of 8 are welcome to serve with an adult and should be signed up in their own slot. Additional information will be sent to those who register closer to the date. |

Ten Thousand Flowers Project

Tim Gibson is the local (Perkasie, PA) artist behind the Ten Thousand Flowers Project (https://www.tenthousandflowersproject.com/). The vision of this project is to bring communities together to create one giant mural, filled with ten thousand colorful flowers. This massive mural will be split into hundreds of interconnecting parts like a giant jigsaw puzzle and created in over one hundred communities across the US. Each mural is painted by dozens of local volunteers from each of those communities. |
