Salvation Army Foster Care & Adoption
Oct 03, 2019
Every child deserves a home where their needs are met, where they feel safe, and where they can thrive. That home isn’t a reality for thousands of Pennsylvania children who can’t reside with their birth families and need a foster family to step in temporarily or an adoptive family to commit to them permanently. The Salvation Army Children’s Services: Foster Care & Adoption connects children with safe, loving, and nurturing families who open their homes to help them have the childhood they deserve. Serving all families, our services are offered without discrimination and with the best interest of the child and family at the forefront of all that we do.With a variety of foster care and adoption options and expert services to support families, The Salvation Army Children’s Services welcomes you to join us in doing the most good for kids. |

ST Rotarian Women in Business
Dec 05, 2019 5:30 PM
"All business owners face certain challenges, but women often have additional and unique obstacles to overcome because of their gender. Their male peers are less likely to encounter these issues. Working women who have children experience even more demands on their time, energy, and resources. But this does not mean women are less successful than men. In fact, statistics show that women are starting businesses at more than twice the rate of male-majority-owned businesses. The growing success rate of women entrepreneurs shows that they are resourceful and able to succeed, despite the odds." - Lahle Wolfe Join us to hear from three of our own very successful women in business. Members are highly encouraged to invite other women who might have previously thought Rotary wasn't for them! |
